Dev's a Stand-Up Tickling Guy
Dev is definitely a favorite of mine to tickle! I've got him secured to the corner with his arms held above his head and ankles tied to the wall. This gives me full access to his upper body, including his very ticklish belly button! He didn't think I could get to his soles while he was standing, but I always find a way to get to some ticklish soles! Thanks for being such a "stand-up" guy, Dev!
